24/7 Remote Prenatal Support

Labor Support
On call availability for in person labor support starting at 38 weeks.
Continuous in-person labor support for you and your partner from the start of active labor until 1-2 hours after your baby is born.
Emotional and physical full birth support throughout your labor, including comfort measures, positioning, massage, encouragement, and coping techniques.
Support understanding your options and communicating your preferences as labor unfolds.
Support for your partner so they can remain involved and confident in supporting you.
Photos of special moments when possible and desired.
Initial feeding support during the intimate postpartum period, whether you plan to breastfeed or bottle-feed
Postpartum Follow-up
This follow up might look like:
One postpartum visit, typically within the first two weeks after birth, to check in on how you and baby are doing.
Time to process and reflect on your birth experience and ask questions about the early postpartum period.
Support with newborn care, feeding, postpartum recovery, and adjusting to life with your new baby.

Investment
Birth Doula Support: $1,800-$2,500
Investment is based on your planned birth location and travel distance. Local birth doula support begins at $1,800, with additional travel-based pricing for births in the Greater Boston area, Winchester, Southern Maine, and other locations outside my local service area.

As your birth doula, I provide steady emotional and physical support throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum period. My role is to help you feel informed, confident, supported, and heard while providing the tools, information, and encouragement you need along the way.
Every birth is different, and I believe doula support should be personal rather than one-size-fits-all. whether you’re planning and unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction, a cesarean, or simply keeping your options open, I’ll support the choices that feel right for you.
